The Mini
For intimate gatherings and smaller celebrations that deserve just as much love as the grandest event. The Mini is perfect for baby showers, gender reveals, elegant dinner parties, grandparent celebrations, first birthday parties and more, up to 25 guests.

The Moment
The Moment is ideal for bridal showers, Sweet 16s, graduations, celebrations of life, milestone birthdays, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, and other meaningful gatherings of up to 75 guests.
Includes:
• Initial planning consultation (up to two hours)
• Custom event timeline
• Vendor recommendations & coordination
• Day-of event management (up to eight hours)
• One lead event professional on-site
Starting at $3,500
The Milestone
Our most popular package, designed for weddings, galas, fundraisers, and larger milestone celebrations of up to 150 guests. The Milestone gives you full production management from planning through execution, so you can be completely present on your big day.
Includes everything in The Moment, plus:
• Up to three planning consultations
• Full vendor sourcing, booking & management
• Budget tracking & management
• Rehearsal coordination (where applicable)
• Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
• Dedicated event staffing team (if required)
